From keywords to prompts (free tool)
We built a prompt generator—here’s how it helps with AI search tracking
AI search is changing the game.
Most brands are still optimizing just for Google.
Smart ones are also optimizing for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude—and whatever comes next.
That’s what we do at Minuttia.
We help B2B companies dominate search—not just traditional SEO, but AI-driven discovery too.
Here’s how we do it:
Develop AI + Google search strategies
Create high-quality human and AI content
Amplify visibility through Digital PR
Continuously improve with agent analytics & reporting93% of our clients stick around.
And >63% of our revenue comes from repeat business. Not by accident.
If you want to win on AI search before it’s table stakes, talk to us.
We’re already helping 50+ B2B SaaS companies. You could be next.
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with AI search tracking tools while helping Minuttia build its own.
One thing I’ve noticed: many of these tools struggle to generate good prompts for tracking.
In many instances, the prompts are:
Too commercially focused
Contextually irrelevant
Too long or too short
So, I built a tool that turns your most important keywords into relevant prompts covering all potential user intents.
Read on to learn how it works.
Intent mapping
When it comes to prompts and keywords, everything starts with intent.
The tool maps prompts across the following intent categories:
We’ve also added two special rules specifically for commercial keywords.
If a keyword has commercial intent (e.g., “vs,” “tools,” “pricing,” “alternatives”), the system will always include:
At least one [commercial_a] or [commercial_b] prompt (for evaluation/comparison)
At least one [transactional] or [jttd] prompt (for planning/execution)
This ensures commercial keywords are matched with both evaluation and execution-oriented prompts.
Our intent mapping system builds on how we categorize keyword-level search intent.
Yes, there’s a small gap—prompts often reflect more complex intent than simple keywords—but overall, the quality of prompts we get far exceeds those from existing AI search tools.
Let me show you how the tool works.
Prompt generator
The setup is simple. You just plug in:
The keywords you want to generate prompts for
Your website for context
The number of prompts you want to generate per keyword (max. 5)
A description of your brand
A short description of your target audience
To generate a company profile (e.g., brand description), we’ve built a separate tool powered by Parallel’s robust API.
Here’s what the output looks like for Minuttia’s client, Meilisearch:
Author’s Note: While some outputs occasionally miss the mark, I’m honestly impressed by the tool’s accuracy. I’m not sharing it yet—it’s still in development.
Once we generate the profile, we just have to copy/paste the data into our prompt generator.
As shown in the video, you can copy all the prompts—or just the best ones—and start tracking right away.
The logic isn’t groundbreaking, but the tool is genuinely useful—especially for B2B SaaS companies.
It’s free to use. You can try it here:

Final thoughts
This one was short!
Hope it packed a punch.
I’m always fascinated by tools like this, especially when they help drive real business outcomes.
Before I leave you, let me just say that (as you may have noticed) I changed the frequency of these emails to bi-weekly.
It serves me better at this point.
We’ve also built a big content library you can explore in the meantime.
I haven’t decided yet if that’s the cadence I’ll keep for next year.
More on that soon.
That said, your feedback means a lot.
So feel free to reach out, comment, share, or interact however you’d like.
Thank you for reading today’s note, and see you again next week.
