Founder-Led Content Webinar (Slides + Recording)
200 signups, 40+ attendees, and a full walkthrough of our process
👋 Hey, I’m George Chasiotis. Welcome to GrowthWaves, your weekly dose of B2B growth insights—featuring powerful case studies, emerging trends, and unconventional strategies you won’t find anywhere else.
This note is brought to you by Attio.
I launched a new company a month ago.
The CRM we use is Attio.
And I wouldn’t recommend it here if we weren’t customers ourselves.
It’s a modern CRM that doesn’t feel like it was built in 2008.
Clean UX, fast, and powerful where it matters.
Some of the features we rely on:
Enrichment and AI fields that actually save time
Call intelligence to analyze conversations and spot signals
Powerful workflows to automate the boring stuff (e.g., company research)
Sequences you can combine with workflows for outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline building
They also have a solid freemium plan that is perfect for small teams that want to build momentum without the usual CRM friction.
A few days ago, we did a webinar.
We hosted it on Maven. (Which turned out to be a good decision, after all.)
Roughly 200 people signed up, and more than 40 showed up.
Which is pretty solid, considering we launched at the end of June and spent $0 on promotion.
The title was:
Founder-Led Content Strategy: A Framework to Use Right Away
And here’s the ToC slide:
We broke down our full process—including an end-to-end workflow walkthrough—shared examples, presented strategies, and offered mental models for founder-led content.
Instead of writing a new note this week, I figured I’d share the webinar content.
Given the interaction we had (especially during the Q&A), this topic is clearly on people’s minds.
It may be on yours, too.
Here’s the Google Slides deck (you can make a copy):
And here’s the recording:
Enjoy, and I’ll see you again next week.
